This website provides general information about TLTH Build’s potential specification, defined trade installation and owner-side project-coordination services, including the House Specifier high-rise kitchen program. TLTH Build’s roles and categories are established only by an executed project agreement and do not make TLTH Build the project’s general contractor or prime contractor. Website content is not a proposal, estimate, professional design opinion, construction contract, warranty or guarantee.
Project inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractor-client, confidential, fiduciary or professional relationship. A project relationship begins only under a written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.
Project information
Early descriptions, budgets, schedules and feasibility observations are subject to verification, diligence, design development, site conditions, permitting, procurement, market conditions and written agreement.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, layouts and original materials are owned by TLTH Build or used with permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written authorization.

Links to other TLTH ecosystem companies and third parties are provided for convenience. Each company remains responsible for its own services, agreements, information and website practices.
