Until the approved public-domain cutover, this deployment remains noindex and public by link. Its review controls are not a public-indexing authorization. Project inquiries are delivered by a same-origin, server-side Google Workspace bridge; visitors retain a direct-email fallback.

## Verified founding-project facts

The Luxury Tree House is a purpose-built River Oaks environment designed to combine seven residential kitchens built for live use, hospitality, AV, meetings, retail and private membership. The project and showroom environments are currently represented as installation in progress. Images on this website are identified accordingly, and concept imagery is not presented as completed construction.

## House Specifier role boundary

House Specifier is a TLTH Build program for luxury multifamily and high-rise residential developments in Greater Houston. Its public-facing scope is kitchen specification, agreed-category supply or installation, product and interface coordination, resident education and organized unit-level handoff records.

House Specifier does not make TLTH Build the project general contractor, appliance installer, plumbing dealer or prime contractor. The developer, general contractor, architects, engineers, designers, authorized dealers and licensed trades retain their contracted responsibilities. Exact roles and categories are established only by a final written project agreement.
